Rules for Tyre and Fast Fit Awards:
The TAFF (Tyre and Fast fit) Awards are organised annually to coincide with the NTDA Annual Dinner and will be scheduled so that the announcement of the winners can be made at the event.
1. The process shall start with the issuing of a nomination form to all full and supplier members of the NTDA and nominations shall only be accepted from such members and on the official nomination form.

4. Nominations must be received by first post on the last announced closing date for nominations.
5. On completion of the nomination process all votes will be counted and the top five companies in each of the categories will be nominated.
6. All nominees will be informed by the NTDA of their nomination. In the event of a tie for the fifth place both companies will be nominated – at the discretion of the NTDA.
7. In respect of the Innovation Award companies may nominate themselves and nominations will be adjudicated by a panel of judges invited by the NTDA and including the NTDA Director.

If, in the opinion of the Association Executive this principle has been flouted, they can declare any votes or nominations invalid, void the competition, change the competition instructions, or adjust the nominations or the voting to achieve fairness, as they think fit.
14. The decision of the administrators of the Awards, – i.e. the NTDA Directorate - over every instance shall be final and unchallengeable and in their absolute discretion they may declare void any vote or nomination
15. The administrators of the Awards, at their discretion, may change the rules of the Awards while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or appropriate to do so.
16. Proof of submission or of posting of a form will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries.
17. No correspondence shall be entered into, or comment issued, on any matters and no reason given for any decisions made by the administrators of the Awards.
